Love and a little obsession clearly went into the animals, which look and behave like. From the creators of Planet Coaster and Zoo Tycoon comes the ultimate zoo sim. I played this game for 4 hours before I put it down for 7 mouths until now and I still think it's a disappointment. Zoo Tycoon is an attractive game despite the occasional frame rate issues and some jaggy character models. This is the worst part of the game, you have to unlock most of the animals and facilities in the campaign and rest assure, because the campaign is long and boring as hell. So it's either be board and build an amazing zoo or be board and make a crappy grey zoo. The buildings are amazing looking in the campaign but are near to impossible and boring to build that when you're finally finished it just doesn't feel that it was worth the time and energy. Its evident in everything from the animations to the actions. I’ve put several hours into Zoo Tycoon back in 2001, which was developed by Blue Fang Games and published by Microsoft. with this game you have to do this that and the other it's so stressful that you don't even get to look at and admire the animals. The animals in Planet Zoo are far more realistic in their behaviors than those in Zoo Tycoon ever were and this is reflected right across the game. I’ve been a huge fan of creating habitats and taking care of my animals, all while making sure the guests are happy, for quite some time. While we devoted countless hours to making guests happy and extending the life of our Sahara Lion exhibits, little did we know that as adults, we would see something potentially better.

The reason why I found the original Zoo Tycoon 2 so fun is that it was relaxing, after a stressful day at school I'd turn on my computer and look at the amazing animals that I made homes for and I can just take my time.
